Payments for all orders of purchased at can be paid using VISA/Master credit cards via PayPal or directly through your PayPal account.

We also accept payments using Western Union or a direct TT transfer.

4. If I pay by credit card, how will I be billed on my credit card?

Because our prices are denominated in US dollars, you will be billed in US Dollars for your order. If you are not located in the United States or your credit card account is not denominated in American Dollars, your local credit card issuing bank will convert the US Dollar amount into your local currency.

5. How long will we take to process your order made at

After an order is made & payment confirmed, it will take up to 15 days before an order is shipped out. This is because all our jewelry is hand crafted upon an order if stock is currently not available.

6. How do I check the status of my order made at

7. Can I cancel an order after it is processed?

We ship all our jewelry orders worldwide, using a shipping courier service with an online track and trace facility, where the status of the shipment may be tracked online. Your signature will also be required at your doorstep to complete delivery.

After an order is made with confirmed payment, it will take up to fifteen days before your order is shipped out. This is because all our jewelry is hand crafted upon an order if stock is currently not available.

All orders will be classified as “Gifts” to avoid unnecessary payment of duties & taxes.

1. Where do ship to? ships our orders WORLDWIDE. You can buy & receive jewelry from anywhere in the world, no matter where you live.  Including all 50 states in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, etc.

2. How long is the shipping transit time?

Shipping times differ depending on the destination county. Shipment transit times from the time the order is shipped out  will vary from country to country.

Below is an indication of the shipment transit times provided by the courier companies:
US & Canada: Approximately 4 – 7 days
UK: Approximately 4 – 7 days
Europe: Approximately 4 – 7 days
Asia: Approximately 4 – 7 days
Rest of World: Approximately 5 – 8 days

3. How much does shipping cost for my order?

Wordwide shipping costs for all orders at will be charged at a FLAT rate of $35 for orders below $300. No matter where you live or how many pieces of jewelry you order, your shipping charges will NEVER go above $35 per order. We provide FREE shipping for all orders above $300.

4. How is my order going to packed?

All orders made at will be packed in a plain brown postal box for shipment. When receiving your order, there will be no indication on the box about the contents within the box.

5. What if my items purchased get damaged during shipment.

It is very uncommon that our jewelry will get damaged while in transit because of the robust cushioning we provide.

However, you should inform us immediately upon receipt of your shipment if you notice that your jewelry has been damaged.  We may require the item to be sent back to us or have a photo of the damaged item to be emailed to us before a replacement is sent to you. We have agreements with the courier companies we employ to have damaged items compensated for.

6. What happens if my order made at gets lost in transit?

Please contact us immediately on order shipments that are lost. We will contact the courier company to have the case investigated. It is rare for shipments to be lost in transit. However if it is confirmed to be lost, we will promptly send you a replacement.

7. What happens if I provide the wrong shipping delivery address? will not be responsible for  packages lost because the delivery address provided while making your order is wrong.

Please double check that your delivery address is correct when making your purchase. We will ensure that your package is shipped to the correct delivery address, but you’ll have to help us by ensuring that the address you provide is accurate!

8. What happens if no one is at home when the courier company delivers the package?

Generally, the deliverer will drop a notification card in your mail box informing you that they were here to deliver a package but no one was in to receive it. The procedures are different in every country but in most cases, they will give you a number to call to arrange for a redelivery or go to the nearest post office to collect the package.

9. What courier company is using? How do I track my parcel?

A courier shipment tracking code will be emailed to you the moment your package is shipped out.

The shipping carrier used to deliver your order will depend on the location of your delivery address.

Generally, all US orders will be sent via USPS, orders from Canada will be delivered by Canada Post, orders from Australia will be delivered by Australia Post & orders from the UK are sent by Parcel Force.
